At the Remote Work Academy, only the data needed to teach and support you is collected. Your information is not sold. You can access, correct or delete your data at any time, including your file and your entire account, from your account.

The coaches and the labs run on third-party artificial intelligence models, accessed through the Base44 platform. Today those models are from Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (GPT). When you chat with a coach or generate something in a lab, your message or your answers, along with the relevant context from your file and your Tracker, are sent to those providers to produce the response. Under the business terms of those services, that content is not used to train their models. Providers may change; this policy will be updated when that happens.
Two features consult the internet in addition to the model: the Tracker's company research and the Scam Detector's verification. In those cases, the company name, its website and the recruiter contact you provided are sent to search. Never your name or your email.
Everything the coaches produce is AI-generated guidance, may contain errors, and is not legal or tax advice or a promise of employment.
Each analysis is saved to your account so you can return to it. The text you paste is private and is not shared with anyone.
When an analysis ends, the Academy asks whether it may warn the community. Only if you accept, the following is shared anonymously: the type of scheme detected, the channel used to contact you, the name of the company being impersonated, and the email or phone the recruiter used. Never your name, your email or the text you pasted. That consent is voluntary, can be declined, and those records are deleted along with your account.
Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties.
The providers above operate mainly in the United States. When your data leaves your country, it is protected by each provider's contractual clauses and, for people in the European Economic Area, by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms recognized by the GDPR.
While your account is active. If you delete your account, every record you created is erased (Tracker, notes, contacts, file, Locker, lab results, detector analyses, conversations and credits) and your account is anonymized immediately. Only what legal or tax obligations require is retained, such as payment receipts, which Stripe and PayPal manage.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port your data, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
From your account, without writing to anyone, you can: download your file, delete your file with "Delete my file", and delete your entire account with "Delete my account". For any other right, or if you prefer it done by hand, write to hello@recruitmentgal.com.

The Academy is intended for adults. Data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Reasonable measures are applied to protect your data. This policy may be updated; material changes will be announced and the last updated date will reflect the current version.
